2006 IAIC-Awards press conference　

The press conference of 2006 IAIC-Awards was held in the building of Shanghai Jiaotong University, on February 26th, 2006. Many distinguished persons attended the conference,as follows,

Chengliang Wang , the vice president of Jiaotong University,

ProfessorHong Jiang, dean of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Media and Design Institute.

Professor Hong Zhou, director of design department.

ADAM CHEN,chief judge of IAIC-Award from Tai wan.

Shangqin Mo, famous photographer from the USA.

Kunyan Deng, famous designer from Taiwan.

Professor Joese, free photographer of the special delegate from Austria International Summer Academy of Fine Arts.

Professor Brian He, the President of Asia-Pacific Interior Design Biennial Awards Organization Committee

The leader from Guangzhou was presiding the opening ceremony of 2006 Guangzhou International Design Week and IAIC-Awards.

Barbara Wally,the counselor of the judges and also director of Austria International Summer Academy of Fine Arts, was awarding the designer prizes .

Barbara Wally was invited to give a lecture during Guangzhou International Design Week on November 22nd, 2006.

Professor Yizi Xu,the president of Kuala Lumpur Design Association was delivering a lecture on 'colour and architecture ecological environment' in Olympic Hotel of Shanghai.

Tiantian Xu, the professor of Qinghua University and Master of Architecture of Harvard was also invited to give a lecture on “Green Design” on the forum.

Antonio, the Australia famous designer was giving a lecture on 'Old architecture and Recycle'.

We organized a forum about 'Architecture and City—comparison of Western and Eastern design culture 'on 3rd December, 2006.

Professor Stephen,the famous interior design from Taiwan and Master of Master of Architecture of Harvard was giving a lecture.

In October 2005 Barbara Wally came to Shanghai for the first time and then had a discussion and exchange with the designers there.

Professor ADAM CHEN and Barbara Wally were delivering lectures together again in Shizun furniture centre of Shanghai on 5th December,2006.

The left picture is the marketing director from the world's sixth-largest auction was chatting with Professor He. They had exchanges about the cooperation with Chinese designers and artists in the future.

The right picture is Brian He was communicating with Lime ,the president of French DESIGN à VENDRE Association and the creative director of Lime388. They were talking a lot about their future design education.

With the active suggestion and help of Professor, President of IAIC-Award Committee, Brian He together with Professor Stephen organized a study tour on Ancient and Modern Buildings in Arab peninsula for half a month.

After the visit and study in Architecture Department of Ajman University, they heard the impressive introduction from Michael, the founder of 'Starwalls Architects'. His topic was mostly about modern architecture in Dubai and the future city construction.

The Chinese designers and the students of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Art design master class were enjoying the works of art from Ajman University students.

Professor He was invited to give an introduction on Chinese Modern Design in the artistic center in Salzburg, Austria from July to August ,2006.

Brian He was invited to give a lecture on the international artistic education forum in Austria. At the same time he helped to organize the activities in Salzburg with the Chinese designers.

In July,2007 Brian He was invited to give a lecture on “Asia Ecological Architecture and Environmental Design”in Kuala Lumpur conference center .

Brian He exchanged the gifts with Professor Yizi Xu.

The leaders from Suzhou University were on the opening ceremony with the honored guests from all over the world.

Professor Yizi Xu (David Koh)delivered a splendid lecture in the meeting.

Michael from architecture department in Ajman university delivered a splendid lecture too.

In November, 2007 Joseph gave a lecture on Interior Lights and Design in Fuzhou.

In 2005, Brian He met with many famous well-known professors in Shanghai for the first time.

　　

The designers are doing the survey a site which is listed as the world key construction environment protection sites by UNESCO in Sana, the capital of Yemen.

Professor He is communicating with the group from Rhine Campus, International Summer Academy Of Fine Arts in Salzburg.

Professor He is communicating and taking the photos with Chow brothers who are the members of China Designers Association and professor Qiwen niebai who is the madam of Austria Embassy in China and also a famous jewelry designer.

Summer in China, Salzburg ---the world famous artist Chinese-American modern painting masters, Chow brothers are making an opening address on Mozart Square.
